    Prices have jumped as much as 9 cents per gallon for regular grade gasoline across the country this week after the impact of Hurricane Isaac, and they now are 16 cents higher than they were at this time a year ago, according to information from the AAA Mid-Atlantic Weekend Gas Watch and the AAA Daily Fuel Gauge Report.
