Hampton Roads Academy (7-1, 4-0 TCIS) won all 72 games played in singles during a 9-0 triumph over Nansemond-Suffolk Academy.
Taylor Wingo, Shelby Harris, Maureen Slattery, Gemma Pansch, Brittany Duguay and Maria Gartsman each won 6-0, 6-0.
Field hockey
Kecoughtan won 4-0 against Phoebus (0-7, 0-6 Peninsula District) despite 18 saves by Phantoms keeper Lauren Tatro. Paige Doughty had a goal and an assist for the Warriors. York (6-6, 4-2 Bay Rivers District) breezed past Warhill 4-0. Anne Waverly Spencer scored in overtime to give Hampton Roads Academy (6-6) a 3-2 win against Walsingham.
Boys soccer
Nansemond-Suffolk Academy swept Portsmouth Christian 3-0. Josh Taylor and David Bocanegra each posted a hat trick in a 10-0 triumph by Denbigh Baptist (10-5, 7-0 Metro Conference) over Hampton Christian (0-7, 0-6).
Girls volleyball
Peninsula Catholic scored a 3-2 home victory over St. John's of Washington, D.C., thanks to 28 kills from Caragh McMaster, 32 digs from Samantha Sallade and 45 assists by Brooke Paris. With 20 kills and seven aces from Tori Dail, Nansemond-Suffolk Academy rolled past Richmond Collegiate 25-13, 22-25, 25-14, 25-21.

NSA (9-1) defeated Woodside (8-2, 6-0 PD) 25-15, 20-25, 25-19, 25-17.
