    Update:  A letter from New York Wire’s President & CEO to the Bureau of Workforce Investment, Rapid Response Coordination Services states New York Wire will be conducting a mass layoff at its facilities located at 441 E. Market St., York, PA; 829 Loucks Mill Rd., York, PA; and 500 E.
