Irish artist John Gerrard takes "virtual portaits" of modern-day, Stonehendge-like masses that dot the landscape all across the country (one of his photographs appears above), the ones we usually drive past without noticing. He'll give a free lecture on Wednesday about his recent works, mostly to Hartford Art School students, but members of the public are invited to attend as well.
