    It used to be that actors stopped playing tough-guy action roles after reaching 60. John Wayne probably held out the longest, into his late 60s. With Clint Eastwood continuing into his late 70s (in "Gran Torino"), Arnold Schwarzenegger (65) and Sylvester Stallone (66) would look like wimps to quit.
