  3. Baby Bather Recalled After Reports Of Skull Fractures

    Summer Infant of Woonsocket, RI is recalling the Mother's Touch/Deluxe Baby Bather due to fall and head injury hazards.  When the small tub is lifted, the hinges can malfunction, causing a baby to drop from the bather. According to the CPSC, "Four children between two weeks and two months old received skull fractures, including one that required intensive care for bleeding on the brain. The fifth child received a bump to the head requiring emergency room treatment."
