The trustee board of Ebenezer AME Church at 40 W. Bethel St. will hold a breakfast Saturday at 8 a.m.
Eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage gravy, fried potatoes and onions, juice and coffee will be served.
The cost for the breakfast is $6.

Zion Baptist’s JOY Night scheduled for May 21
Zion Baptist Church at 61 W. Bethel St. will celebrate JOY Night on Saturday, May 21, at 6:30 p.m.
John Wesley Church to present spring concert
John Wesley United Methodist Church at 129 N. Potomac St. will present its 10th annual spring concert on Sunday, May 22, at 4 p.m. in the church sanctuary.
The concert will feature the church’s chancel, contemporary, children’s and handbell choirs. The choirs are directed by Jonathan Giblin, the church’s director of music since January.
A reception to honor Giblin will be held following the concert.
Admission is free.
Free parking is available in the city market parking lot.
World No Tobacco Day event set for May 25
The Tobacco Free Washington County Coalition’s World No Tobacco Day event will be held Wednesday, May 25, at 6 p.m. in the gym of the Martin Luther King Center at 131 W. North Ave.
The event will include free food, face painting, prize drawings, giveaways and more. It is sponsored by Minority Outreach & Technical Assistance.
Health department will offer EBT program
The Washington County Health Department is offering orientations for a program titled “EBT: A Scientific Solution for Stress and Weight” on Thursday, June 2, at 11 a.m. and 7:15 p.m.
