The menu includes all-you-can-eat chicken, ham and beef potpie, cole slaw and homemade rolls, coffee and tea. The dinner costs $8. Desserts will be available for an additional charge. If the snow emergency plain is in effect, the dinner will be canceled.

Heritage Festival to hold open house
Sharpsburgh's Heritage Festival Committee will hold an open house Thursday, Jan. 27, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Sharpsburg Town Hall. Free refreshments will be available.

- Offer suggestions and comments
- Sign up to be a vendor
- Hear the purpose of the festival

Little League to hold clinic
Dennis Hockensmith and Dave Grams will hold a Little League rules and umpire clinic each Tuesday in February, starting Tuesday, Feb. 1, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Church of Christ on Leitersburg Pike. Hockensmith and Grams will also hold a clinic March 1 for women only if there is enough interest.

Merry Gehr will conduct blood pressure screenings Monday, Jan. 24, at the Southeastern senior site on Mount Vernon Drive in Keedysville.
