Santa arrives at Long Meadow
Boys and girls, it is that time of year again. Santa Claus is coming to town. He will arrive at the Ashley Furniture Store in Long Meadow Shopping Center Friday at 10 a.m.
Lions Club bonus books
The North Hagerstown Lions Club is selling Sheetz coupon books for $10 each. The books are valued at more than $25.
Bonus books are also available for $32 each. They can be used for food, recreation and cultural activities in the Tri-State area. The books would make great stocking stuffers. Breakfast with Santa
On Saturday, Dec. 1, St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 601 Washington Ave., will host Breakfast with Santa from 9 to 11 a.m.
The event will include breakfast, crafts, games and a visit with Santa.
On Sunday, Dec. 9, at 4 p.m. an organ recital titled Advent Variations will be presented by Kathy Barr.
A reception will be held in the parish hall following the recital.
