Bookmobile to visit Cascade Elementary
The Washington County Bookmobile will visit Cascade Elementary School the first Friday of each month, weather permitting, from 9 to 11:45 a.m. for students, staff and the community to enjoy making their reading selections.

Warm water exercises
Warm water exercises offered by the Washington County Recreation Department have begun at the Village at Robinwood swimming pool, across from Meritus Medical Center.
Exercise classes designed for people suffering from arthritis are on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m.
Multilevel water exercise classes are held on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
All classes will continue until February.
The fee is $40 for thorse older than 55 and $50 for those 54 and younger. Class size is limited and registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

Christmas pageant planned for Sunday
On Sunday at 10 a.m., the children and youth of Covenant Presbyterian will celebrate the arrival of the Christ child with a pageant that culminates with a live nativity scene. The community is invited. The church is off Jefferson Boulevard between Robinwood Drive and Eastern Boulevard at 11833 Greenhill Drive. The children and youth will be dressed as shepherds, angels, Mary, Joseph and the Magi. The public is invited.
