TOPS MD 0462 loses weight across the board
TOPS MD 0462 Smithsburg had a great weigh-in this week. Everyone came in with a loss.
Sally was the thinner winnner with a 2.2-pound loss. John was back on track with a 3-pound loss.
John read a program on never giving up on reaching your goal. People fall down. Winners get up. Gold Medal winners get up faster. Just because you slip on your weight-loss goal, never give up. Get back up.
TOPS MD 0462 Smithsburg is a nonprofit weght-loss support group. The chapter meets every Thursday, at St Paul’s United Methodist Church, 51 S. Main St., Smithsburg. Visitors are always welcome. Weigh-in starts at 5:30 p.m. with the meeting from 6 to 7 p.m.

Smithsburg High Class of 1977 to have reunion
Smithsburg High School Class of 1977 will be having its 35th class reunion on Saturday, Oct. 6.
The next meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, June 12 at Peggy Rishell Feiser’s house.
