United Way's Rally on the Square will be at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, at Public Square, intersection of Washington and Potomac streets in downtown Hagerstown.
Hot chocolate and cookies will be served. Christmas carolers will perform at 4:45 p.m.
The event is to highlight the United Way's annual Campaign of Giving.
