Worried about getting one last word in after you die? Then there's an app out there for you. "If I Die" allows users to preset one final message for social media that will be broadcast after they kick the bucket.

The app allows you to post a final status update on Facebook as well as goodbye messages on the walls of people you care about, according to the website Mashable. The app allows you to preset three Facebook friends whose job will be to confirm your death. When that happens, your posthumous messages can be posted all at once, or released in intervals.

"We all have things to say and don’t necessarily have the audience with the patience to hear us,” Eran Alfonta, the app’s co-founder and CEO, told Mashable. “Actually we all want to leave something behind; we all want to leave a stamp behind."

Alfonta and parent company Wilook are based in Israel. They hope to soon expand the app so that it can contact people off of Facebook as well.
