UPDATE: Fugitive Mark Luther, who is accused of threatening to kill his mom when she confronted him about stealing money, was arrested by Thurston County Sheriff’s Deputies in a chicken coop in Yelm.
Department of Corrections officers and U.S. Marshals found out Luther was hiding at his mom’s farm in Yelm. They say he was hiding there because being on WMW scared him out so much that it was the only place he felt safe.

Mark Luther is a high-violent offender wanted in Pierce County for domestic violence after officers said he threatened to kill his own mother when she confronted him for stealing money.
He’s got a long criminal history that spans up and down the entire West Coast. He claims to be homelesss in the Spanaway area.
Luther is 47 years old, 5 feet, 10 inches, 200 pounds and inked with a ton of tattoos, including two skulls on his right shoulder and the name "Nichole" on his back.
