There are 2 types of intervals.
The first interval is cardio/dog training where the bootcampers will be instructed to do various cardios and exercises using cones. During the cardio, bootcampers will hear a series of instructions, command 1-9 called out. These are words used to tell the bootcampers what commands to give their dog in the moment. Even when commands are given, bootcampers are not allowed to stop moving. The other interval is weight training/"go to your place". This is where dogs are instructed to go their mat to lie down, while the owners are strength training. These 2 intervals are used one after the other through the whole 60 minute workout. Therefore, dogs get 30 minutes of cardio/dog training and 30 minutes of learning to lay down and stay in the midst of distraction. Humans get 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training.
