Several messages have popped up in hard-to-spot places outside the main window of the building where Jackson is entombed, according to Forest Lawn officials.
Some of the messages read, "Miss you sweet angel" and " Keep the dream alive."
Cemetery representatives say they are evaluating the level of access to the various entrances of the Great Mausoleum as a result.
Jackson died June 25, 2009 at the age of 50 after suffering a cardiac arrest at his rented Holmby Hills mansion.
He was pronounced dead at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
On the one-year anniversary of his death last month, dozens of fans were allowed to pay tribute to the King of Pop by placing flowers and other items at his gravesite.
Only family and special guests were allowed into the mausoleum.
