MONROVIA, Calif. (KTLA) --- The residents of a Monrovia neighborhood got quite a surprise on Sunday morning.
Three bears were spotted wandering around the 300 block of North Oakcliff Road.
A mother bear climbed over several fences and crossed a few streets before meeting up with a cub that was perched at the top of a tree.
The baby bear then climbed down, and residents say the two bears knocked over a few trash cans looking for food.
The mother bear and her cub were captured on video; however, the third bear avoided the cameras.
Fortunately, no one was injured, because everyone stayed inside until the bears wandered away.
