LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- Sheriff's officials have identified a man suspected of killing another man over a parking spot near a Chuck E. Cheese in South Los Angeles.
Robert Herrera, 27, is suspected of fatally shooting 29-year-old Daniel Villanueva on April 28 in the Walnut Park area, sheriff's officials said. He has been charged with murder in the attack.
Villanueva, who was sitting in his car near a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant, apparently became involved in an argument with Herrera over a parking spot.
Herrera and a female passenger were seen driving away in a silver 2000 Series, 2-door, Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with alloy wheels, tinted windows, tinted head and tail lights covers and California license plates.
The woman inside Herrera's car is described as Hispanic, 20-to-25 years old, 5'2" to 5'6", 120 to 125 pounds, long black hair, wearing blue jeans and a sleeveless blouse.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call Sheriff's Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500. You can remain anonymous by calling "LA Crime Stoppers" at (800) 222-TIPS (8477), texting the letters TIPLA plus your tip to CRIMES (274637), or using the website http://lacrimestoppers.org.
