A small rockslide left a Roseville-bound Amtrak train stopped and its passengers stranded behind a Union Pacific train near Auburn for several hours Friday evening.

The trains were stopped since 5:30 p.m. Friday. Union Pacific spokesperson Aaron Hunt says crews hope to have the tracks cleaned up and the trains moving again around 7:20 p.m.
