Governor picks new judges for Douglas, Hickory and Phelps counties

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Gov. Jay Nixon filled vacant judgeships in three counties in the Ozarks on Tuesday.  One appointment created a vacancy in a prosecuting attorney’s office.
