On the menu at the "Burnt Ends" dinner series: Tejas sausage tempura, mustard, queso, bock and <em>lap cheong</em> aioli; brisket shabu shabu with smokey bone broth and cured and barbecued deckle; Jamaican jerk Frenched cupcake chicken with curried black-eyed peas and drunken grilled pineapple salsa; pulled Moroccan lamb shoulder with central Asian <em>plov</em>; and Southern cakes and pies. The five-course meal costs $50 per person.
