    I think I'm sensitive to mothers in the Army this year because I work across the street from the Connecticut State Armory. I see a lot of women in desert camo going back and forth to Dunkin Donuts. I'm noticing more women than in the past. It's apparent the bad economy the last few years has driven women to the armed forces as a way to support their families. And yes, there are already women in the front lines of America's wars.
