    I recently read the article, "President talks economy, jobs in Baltimore" (May 18). In one of the last paragraphs, Rep. Andy Harris, a Republican, is quoted as describing President Barack Obama's visit to Baltimore as "another photo op on a campaign-style tour." He said that "the president talks a good game but … he never walks the walk." To an extent, Mr. Harris is absolutely correct.
