Lynn, born in Bethlehem, Lehigh and Northampton County, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Liberty High School in Bethlehem, Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Boston University's School of Theology and Georgetown University's law program. A reverend, he is also the Executive Director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State.
