  1. Regulators Slam Liquor Store Clerk In Teen Alcohol Poisoning Death

A liquor store clerk and two adults are facing charges in the May first death of an 18-year old Skyline High School Senior who police say died from acute alcohol poisoning.  Jonathan Sierra was found dead in the swank Aloft Hotel, across from the Dallas Convention Center.  Police say he and other underage drinkers had been attending an after-prom party.  They claim the hotel room was littered with empty beer cans and alcohol bottles.  The investigation found hotel management was unaware of the party and The Aloft has been cleared of wrong-doing.
