The 38-year-old Jacksonville woman's car hit a curb causing it's tire to blow. The car then swerved before smashing into a fence of a trailer park, where its exposed wheel rim sparked over speed bumps, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, reports The Florida Times-Union in Jacksonville.
