Rafael Eduardo Quinonez Jimenez, 45, was allegedly caught with 172 heroin-laced lollipops packed inside a duffel bag at Orlando International Airport after he arrived on a flight from El Salvador, reports the Orlando Sentinel.
Quinonez Jimenez told authorities he didn't know who he was supposed to deliver the drugs to because he was waiting for a phone call with that information, according to the complaint.
