  5. George Hill returns to the court during Pacers Fan Jam at Bankers Life Fieldhouse

The Pacers Fan Jam once again gave spectators a chance to get autographs, pose for pictures, and shoot free throws on the court at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. However, the day was not just about fun and games, a 12-minute intrasquad scrimmage was part of the festivities and point guard George Hill was a participant.

  7. Sorry Chargers, fans owe nothing to their NFL teams

Do fans owe their support to teams? It's a question frequently debated on great sports talk shows (such as, oh I don't know, say The Beat of Sports, hosted by Marc Daniels from 9 a.m. to noon weekdays on 740 the Game). Bill Johnston thinks so. Who's...

  11. Rain couldn't stop the Fever or the party

The rain cancelled the Fever’s parade through downtown Indianapolis but not the celebration Tuesday.  Fever fans yelled, "We are the champions" as they made their way through the rain and as the team brought the party inside Bankers Life Fieldhouse.  Then, they raised the roof.

  17. Thanks to the Fever, Indiana has a professional basketball title once again

As I walked across the empty court of Bankers Life Fieldhouse, just an hour after the Fever had raised the WNBA Championship trophy into the air, I reached down to the ground for a piece of memorabilia. Covered across the hardwood floor, having fallen from the ceiling once the 0:00 hit the clock and the buzzer sounded off an 87-78 game-four victory over Minnesota, the soft confetti I scrunched in my hand was the colors yellow and blue.

  19. Cut the Check: Augustin finding his rhythm with Pacers

A two-on-one fast break on Tuesday night found D.J. Augustin racing down the court of Bankers Life Fieldhouse with the pogo-stick legs of Paul George on the other side of the lane. After spending last season on the lowly Charlotte Bobcats, who infamously finished with the worst record (.106) in the history of professional basketball, you could imagine Augustin has been clamoring for moments like this for a long time. Playing on a contender, tossing the ball to one of the up-and-coming dunkers in the game, and making SportsCenter highlights that will send packed houses into a frenzy all season long.

  21. Tests before each game to determine Douglas' availability

Remember when there was a much simpler time, back when you used to play in your backyard as a child with your friends? Maybe you played sports, climbed along your playset with a slide, or even just a simple game of duck, duck, goose. Every once in awhile though, especially at that age, somebody always tripped and fell, hurting themselves slightly in the process.
