  5. Former Penn State Officials Denied Motions to Dismiss Perjury Charges

    A Dauphin County Court Judge rejects petitions from two former Penn State Administrators to dismiss perjury charges against them.  Judge Todd Hoover released his ruling Wednesday afternoon on pre-trial motions filed by Tim Curley's attorney to dismiss the Perjury charge and a request for a Bill of Particulars asking the Commonwealth to specify the alleged perjurious statements. The judge also denied a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and a motion for Bill of Particulars from Gary Schultz.
