  1. Terrell Suggs joins Ravens for his first practice of the season

Since the season began, Ravens outside linebacker Terrell Suggs has kept a relatively low profile as he rehabbed his surgically-repaired right Achilles. He strolled through the locker room on occasion, saying very little and declining to update his status with reporters.

  3. There is little reason for Ravens to rush Suggs back

Terrell Suggs stepped out of a storm of speculation and into a semicircle of reporters Thursday, addressing the conflicting reports about whether he had decided to play Sunday against the Houston Texans. In his first group interview since spring workouts, Suggs shot down a report that claimed that the plan was for his family to fly to Houston to watch him make his triumphant return. However, he didn’t shoot down the possibility that he will play.

  7. Brutal Ravens defense a shell of its former self

    Remember the old days?
Remember the old days? Remember when the Ravens played smash-mouth defense? Remember when opposing teams practically hyperventilated at the sight of Ray Lewis coming out of the tunnel and doing his crazy pre-game dance? Remember when going up against Ed...

  9. Ravens fully expecting Texans, others to target run defense

After surrendering more than 200 rushing yards in back-to-back contests for the first time in team history, the Ravens said they wouldn’t be surprised if the Houston Texans and the remaining teams on the 2012 schedule tried to attack the defense via the ground game.

  11. Ravens have a history of playing without Ray Lewis

While there’s no definitive answer on how the Ravens defense will fare for the remainder of the season without top cornerback Lardarius Webb, who tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in Sunday’s 31-29 win against the Dallas Cowboys, there is some history when the unit has been forced to play an extended period of time without 13-time Pro Bowler Ray Lewis, who tore his right triceps in the same contest.

  17. Three questions with Ravens linebacker Albert McClellan

The Ravens like players who are versatile, and Albert McClellan is their type of player. McClellan, who went undrafted in 2010, spent most of last season playing inside linebacker and earned his first career start filling in for Ray Lewis in the team's 16-6 victory over the San Francisco 49ers on Thanksgiving night. This season, McClellan has made five consecutive starts at outside linebacker and posted 19 tackles and one fumble recovery. Playing outside linebacker is not new for McClellan, who played a similar role at Marshall.
