    MACKINAW CITY -- The Mackinaw Area Historical Society will present a program on French-Indian leader Charles de Langlade, who was made second in command at Fort Michilimackinac in 1757.  Local historians Sandy Planisek and Jim Tamlyn will present the program at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April, 8, at the Mackinaw area library.
