  3. Police taser man who shoved kids, assaulted officer at Carlisle Parade

A man who pushed aside children at a the Halloween Parade to get candy ended up in the hospital after a scuffle with a police officer. The officer was responding to complaints from parade watchers about the man, Frederick Pisano, 51, being disruptive and rude and stepping in front of kids and shoving them out of his way near South Hanover and Pomfret Streets around 8pm Monday night. Pisano punched and attacked the officer as soon as he was approached. The officer tasered Pisano and got him under control. Pisano became "unconscious or semi-conscious" after the struggle, according to a police release. He was taken to Carlisle Regional Medical Center and is listed in stable condition. Pisano is believed to have medical issues which may explain his behavior.
