    After over a year exploring the Upper Peninsula, Kelly is excited to experience all the "lower half" has to offer.  She joins the FOX17 news team as a Reporter.  Originally from Lake Forest, Illinois, Kelly was most recently a reporter and anchor at WLUC-TV6 in Marquette, Michigan.  During her time at TV6 she covered President Obama's trip to Marquette where he praised the Upper Peninsula's WiMax network as a modern day transcontinental railroad.   She also covered Governor Rick Snyder on the campaign trail as well as U.S. Congressman, Bart Stupak's formal announcement that he would not be seeking reelection after 18 years of service.
