  17. Lancaster County motorcycle thief busted when he tries to sell bike on Craigslist

    A motorcycle thief is caught after he tried to sell the stolen conveyance on Craigslist. Police say Shannon Patrick Mummaw, 36, of 1936 East Mount Hope Road, Manheim, stole the 2007 KTM Model 300 from the Elizabethtown area and posted it on Craigslist for $5,000. The arrest is the result of a joint investigation between Penn Township, Northwest Regional and Susquehanna Regional Police departments. The bike has benn returned to its rightful owner. Mummaw was arraigned and released on $25,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 5th.
