    <span style="font-size: small;">Two noticeable aftershocks occurred Wednesday in the same cluster area of the Central Virginia Seismic Zone that has produced more than 60 aftershocks since last August's initial magnitude 5.8 earthquake in Louisa County.&nbsp; The morning aftershock registered as a magnitude 2.5 at a shallow depth of less than a mile underground. The center of this aftershock is located 37 miles northwest of downtown Richmond, and was felt by some of our Facebook fans, who reported feeling it at 8:08 AM EST. <span style="font-size: small;">An additional aftershock at 9:19 a.m. was also confirmed by the USGS in the same area, with a lesser magnitude of 2.0 and at a deeper level underground. </span>A third and final aftershock matched the morning's magnitude at 2.5, occurring at 4:03 p.m. Wednesday.&nbsp; These aftershocks put the confirmed number of aftershocks by the USGS up to 64 since the initial August 23, 2011 earthquake centered about 5 miles south-southwest of Mineral. More aftershocks are likely in the coming months, and can commonly happen up to a year after the initial earthquake.</span>
