Though he’s much more comfortable holding a six-string axe, Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry is apparently pretty handy with a cannon, too. Eager to restore one of the toys in his attic, Perry is set to appear on the September 19 “Three Cannons and a Rock Star” episode of Discovery Channel’s hit series Sons of Guns in which the Red Jacket Firearms crew takes on the task of restoring the rocker’s antique black powder Lyle cannon.
