Circuit court: Feb. 17, 2012

The following cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Feb. 9 with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Trina Lynn Ritchie, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing March 15.

— James Robinson, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Zachary Burgess, theft by unlawful taking (firearm), sentenced to one year; theft of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year; fourth-degree assault, sentenced to 30 days.

— Zachary Burgess, theft by failure to make required disposition of property, sentenced to one year; defrauding a secured creditor, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Tana L. Crowe, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years probation.

— Tana L. Crowe, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance two counts), sentenced to one year each, consecutive.

— Stephen M. Hall, first-degree evading police (two counts), sentenced to two years each; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, 30 days, 90-day license suspension.

— Bobby W. Witty, flagrant non-support, sentenced to one year.

— Steven V. Goff, facilitation to first-degree robbery,pleaded guilty, recommended three and a half years; contempt of court, merged; sentencing March 15.

— Kendrick Shackelford, stipulated to probation violation, sentenced to five years.
