Mr. William “Bill” Stacy, 64, of Marietta, Ga., passed away Feb. 2, 2013. He was born in Winchester, Ky. on May 20, 1948 to the late Helen and William Q. Stacy. He graduated from the University of Kentucky School of Engineering in 1970, which is where he met his wife, Pat.
