The Tribune Broadcast-owned duopoly in Indianapolis is looking for an exceptional, strategy-driven creative mind to develop and direct all aspects of station advertising and promotion strategies at our FOX/CW duopoly in Indianapolis. This position is responsible for the ideation, creation, execution and management of station brand and on and off-air packaging. The Creative Services Director develops, nurtures and directs a highly creative team of artists, while working closely with both the News Director, General Manager and Regional Vice President of Innovation and Imagination to oversee of the stations’ branding efforts, website, social media platforms and all promotions.
