Lowell—
Friends are mourning the death of Indiana soldier Augy Vicari.
The 22 year old was in a vehicle when hit was struck by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan.
He had just arrived at the base three weeks ago.
Vicari grew up in the Lake County town of Lowell, then moved to Oklahoma where he joined the National Guard.
He would have celebrated his one year anniversary with his wife in September.
