All Star Premiere (May 9, 2012) |
At the El Capitan Theatre on Hollywood Blvd., what could have been just another Hollywood movie premiere turned into an all-star rock concert. Following the premiere of the new Tim Burton movie Dark Shadows, starring Johnny Depp, Alice Cooper (who make a cameo in the film) rocked the after-party and was joined onstage by Depp on guitar and Aerosmith members Steven Tyler and Joe Perry. The impromptu supergroup came together for a killer version of The Beatles’ “Come Together” and Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love.” See some of the videos of the performances.
