AIR 11 was over the scene as responding emergency crews jumped into action, rescuing several passengers on board a private tour bus that collided with a tractor trailer at about 11:54 a.m. on the 76.2 mile marker on the southbound side of the NJ Turnpike in Monroe near Exit 8A.
