The theme for the month is ┐Welcome home: Creating connections between residents and the community.┐ The residents council and Fountain Circle will be hosting a residents rights family night on Oct. 13 beginning at 6 p.m. The event is open to the public. The theme was selected to call attention to the fact that residents of long term care facilities are still an important and valuable part of local communities.
