Cleary Construction Co. of Tompkinsville is installing the pipeline from near the Bypass to the new Lower Howards Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant being constructed at the top of the hill overlooking the Kentucky River. The $32.2 million plant is being constructed on a 38-acre site by Smith Contractors of Lawrenceburg. Completion date for the plant is Jan. 31, 2013.
