Now that this series has ended, people want more than ever for it to receive the recognition it deserves by the Academy. I'd say that the fourth film was the best, though. Director Mike Newell does a great job condensing the massive book into a reasonable running time, and he juggles several plot threads without letting the movie lose its sense of wonder. |
